Delete your account

You can delete your Unpour account and all of its data at any time, in the app or by email.

01 Delete it in the app

  1. Open Unpour and go to the You tab.
  2. Tap the gear in the top right to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to Your data and tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

02 Or ask us by email

If you can't open the app, email privacy@unpour.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.

03 What happens next

Straight away: you leave your league and your friends' lists, your sign-in is removed, and your devices stop getting notifications. We send one email to confirm.

Within 30 days: everything else is permanently deleted: your profile, check-ins, streaks, points, badges, league history, weekly recaps, activity feed, goal settings (weekly target, drink cost, nights before Unpour) and any messages you sent us.

We don't keep any of it after that, except where the law requires us to. Deleting can't be undone.

04 Just want a fresh start?

You can clear your drink cost, nights before Unpour and birthday in Settings at any time, turn off leagues, or set your activity to "Only me". More in the privacy policy.
